“The Same Six Steps Do Not Count Outside the Church of Christ”

A person may hear, believe, repent, confess, and be baptized, but it still does not count if it happened in a Baptist, non-denominational, or other non-Church-of-Christ congregation.

That adds a second gate after the salvation chart: the person must also be inside the correct modern movement. Scripture teaches one body, but it does not say identical faith in Christ and Christian baptism become invalid because the building or congregation lacks the modern label “Church of Christ.”

If a six-step chart is first presented as the biblical way to become a Christian, then saying the same acts are invalid unless performed inside one modern movement reveals an additional condition that must itself be proved from Scripture.
